Chakra Flow
Chakras are spinning wheels of energy that lay along the spine. Each of the 7 major energy centers directly correlate to the physical body, emotional centers and parts of the human psyche. Each class we cover the important shit like, wtf is a chakra & how connecting, balancing & healing these centers can help you in your real life. Its full spectrum flow because you get something different each week, sometimes we are grounding in our roots& next time we’re zoned in the 6th sense.
Detox Power Flow
HEATED STUDIO. POWER FLOW.
This flow is here to make you sweat! This class can totally count as your workout for the day (or week…no judgement). This is where you come to let go of any heavy shit! Like an energetic detox while you stretch& strengthen your meat suit. You’ll be so light, you’ll practically FLOAT out of the door.
Feel Good Yin
Late Night slow flow. Postures are held for longer periods of time and class is generally low to the ground with props, bolsters and blankets used to support the gentle release of tension and tightness within the body. Incense is lit and studio is smudged prior to class.
Flow of Sound
Join us for a 30 minute all-levels vinyasa flow followed by a 30 minute sound bath to ease you into your savasana.
Grand Rising
This is like the “coffee” to your yoga practice. It’s a full body, gentle awakening practice and is the perfect way to start any morning. This class starts with that silent stillness and then charges up the entire body so you can go have a kick ass day! This class is beginner friendly and many variations are offered so you can find your expression of each pose.
Meditation Hour
Join us as we explore different meditation techniques each week, perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Discover inner peace and mindfulness in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Your journey to wellness begins here.
Slow Flow
A rejuvenating and grounding slow flow yoga class suitable for all levels. This class is designed to help you unwind, release tension, and connect with your breath and body. Through gentle, mindful movements, you will be guided through a series of postures that promote flexibility, strength, and balance. With a focus on breath awareness and relaxation, you will leave feeling centered, calm, and refreshed.
Warm Slow Flow
Early morning heated slow flow for a full body awakening practice. All levels welcomed. Studio heated to about 90 degrees.
