We’ll leave the city behind & travel across Costa Rica together, watching the landscape change as we make our way toward the Caribbean coast.

The road ends & that’s where the real adventure begins.

We’ll step out of our shuttle, board a boat & travel through the rivers & canals that separate this wild stretch of coastline from the rest of the world.

The buildings, roads, noise all disappear & we arrive.

Humans are few & wildlife is everywhere.

Monkeys moving through the trees.

Sloths hanging overhead.

Tropical birds calling through the jungle.

This isn’t the polished, crowded, resort version of Costa Rica.

These 5 days, we’re trading traffic for boat rides.

Notifications for jungle sounds.

Schedules for sunrise.

Scrolling for staring at the sea.

& somewhere in all that space,

we begin to hear ourselves again.

TRAVEL SCHEDULE, ACCOMMODATIONS & PRICING

Arrival & Departure Information

Travel to the Green Gold Eco Lodge is expected to take around 5 hours (with some fun stops along the way!) Because of this, we recommend flying into San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO) on January 20th, & staying the night at a hotel in preparation to leave at 9am on the 21st for Green Gold Eco Lodge.

We will arrive back in San Jose on the evening of January 25th. We also recommend staying the night at a hotel in San Jose on the evening of January 25th.

Your stay at the Green Gold Eco Lodge is part of the experience, simple, shared & immersed in the wild beauty of Costa. Rooming options consist a shared room, with 3 twin beds per room. Please note on your intake form if you are traveling with a friend that you would like to stay with.

TRAVEL & RETREAT SCHEDULE

Wednesday,January 20th- ARRIVE- Travel Day to San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO)

Thursday,January 21st- INTO THE JUNGLE- Depart for Green Gold Eco-Lodge at 9AM, We’ll travel from city to jungle with stops along the way for lunch, sightseeing. Arrive, settle in & gather for our Opening Ceremony + dinner.

Friday, January 22nd- FULL MOON- Morning Rise Ritual: yoga, meditation & journaling. Breakfast, guided exploration of the land, lunch + spacious free time. As night falls, we gather for a special Full Moon Ritual followed by dinner.

Saturday, January 23rd- EXPLORE- Morning Rise Ritual + breakfast before heading into town for a day of exploring, local culture & adventure. Dinner out before returning to the lodge for our Rest Ritual.

Sunday, January 24th- REST + RECEIVE- Morning Rise Ritual, slow day to rest, explore & connect to the land & enjoy spacious free time. We’ll close the evening together with our Rest Ritual + dinner.

Monday, January 25th- RETURN- Closing Ceremony, departure, & travel back to San Jose

Tuesday, January 26th- Depart San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO)

PRICING & PAYMENT PLANS

The cost for the retreat is $1,111, which includes:

transportation to Green Gold Eco-Lodge from San Jose
4 nights lodging at Green Gold Eco-Lodge in a shared room, surrounded by nature
all meals at the Lodge starting Thursday night until Monday Morning (*please note we will stop for lunch on our journey to the jungle, this meal in not included.)
Rise + Rest Rituals curated workshops weaving in yoga, meditation, journaling, embodiment + reflection, all centered around rewilding & returning to yourself.
Full Moon Ritual ceremony in Costa!!!
Jungle Exploration & exploring the land, learn from a local guide & experience the wildness beyond a typical Cost Retreat.
A day of Culture + Adventure as we leave the lodge for a day into town to explore.
